These terms explain what casino-optibet.com is, what it is not, and on what basis you may use it. They are written to be read, not skimmed past: most of them simply describe how an independent information site about a gambling brand works and where its responsibility ends.
1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of casino-optibet.com in every language version. By opening and using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it. They do not apply to the websites of gambling operators or partner networks that our links lead to. Those sites have their own terms, and those are the ones that govern anything you do there.
2. What this site is
casino-optibet.com is an independent information site about Optibet and about how a player can verify a gambling operator: the company named in its terms, the regulator's list of licensed organisers (in Latvia, the list published by VID), identity checks, the self-exclusion register and complaint procedures. 3. Adults only
The content is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By continuing to use the site you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the law of the country where you are allows you to access information about gambling. Gambling can be addictive; help contacts are listed on our responsible gambling page.
4. No gambling services
You cannot place bets, play for money, make deposits or open an account on this site. We accept no payments and hold no player funds. Everything to do with gambling happens on an operator's site, between you and that operator, under its terms. Whether an operator may lawfully serve you depends on the law where you live, and it is your responsibility to check that before you register anywhere.
5. Partner links
The site contains partner links: buttons labelled “Partner offer” or “Open the partner offer”. They lead to an offer of a gambling operator chosen by a partner network, which may be a different operator than Optibet. If you register or deposit after using them, we may receive a commission. 7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in these terms overrides mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

You may quote short passages with a link to the source page; copying a full text or a substantial part of it requires our written permission. Optibet, game titles and the names and logos of game providers and payment systems belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe them. Mentioning them does not imply any cooperation or endorsement.
9. Third-party websites
The site links to third-party websites, including VID, azartaatkariba.lv, Gambling Therapy, partner networks and operators. We are not responsible for their content, availability or handling of data. Before registering on any gambling site, check that the company named in its terms appears on the regulator's list; in Latvia, that is the VID list of licensed gambling organisers.
10. Availability
We try to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. The site may be paused for maintenance, updates or technical faults, and individual pages may be changed or removed.
11. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. Changes take effect when they are published on this page, and the date at the top is updated at the same time. If you keep using the site after a change, you are taken to accept the current version.

The operator's terms: four things to find before your first deposit
Our terms only cover reading this site. If you decide to gamble, the document that really matters is the operator's own terms and conditions. They are the contract between you and the company named in them, and they decide who may open an account, how identity is checked, how bonuses are credited and cleared, and when a withdrawal can be delayed or refused. Before a first deposit, find four things in them: the company name (and check it with the regulator, which in Latvia means the VID list), the identification requirements, the bonus conditions and the complaints procedure.
Operators revise their terms from time to time, so note the version date and keep a copy of the version you accepted; in a dispute it is your best evidence.
