Where to get help
Updated October 2026
Let us start with what matters most: casino-optibet.com is not Optibet's customer support and not the support desk of any other gambling operator. We have no access to accounts, payments or documents, so we cannot unblock, refund or speed anything up. What this page does is send you to the people who can. Different problems have different owners, and writing to the wrong one usually costs days.

Who can solve what
| Your situation | Where to turn | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Account access, deposit, withdrawal, bonus, identity check | The operator's support team | Its contacts are listed on its site and in its terms and conditions |
| A mistake or outdated detail on one of our pages | info@casino-optibet.com | Give the page address and the exact sentence |
| Gambling is becoming a problem for you or someone close, in Latvia | Help line +371 293 232 02, azartaatkariba.lv | Every day 12:00–22:00, according to azartaatkariba.lv |
| The same, if you live elsewhere | Gambling Therapy, gamblingtherapy.org | An international online support service |
| You want to bar yourself from gambling | In Latvia: the self-exclusion register kept by VID | Minimum term 12 months; elsewhere, check your country's scheme |
| A dispute the operator will not resolve | A written complaint to the operator, then the regulator | In Latvia the regulator is VID; see our complaints guide |
Account questions belong to the operator
Anything to do with your account can only be settled by the company you opened it with. Its support channels, whether chat, email or a contact form, are listed on its website and in its terms, and the terms normally describe how to file a formal complaint as well. Before you write, gather the details an agent will need: the email or username on the account, the amount in euro or your own currency, the date and time, the payment method, the transaction reference and a screenshot of any error message. Describe the problem in one message and say clearly what outcome you expect.
Never send your account password, your bank login or the PIN codes of an eID card to any “support”, however genuine it looks. Make sure you are writing to the right company, too: the contact details should sit on the same site whose terms name a company that is on the regulator's list. If you are in Latvia, that is the list of licensed gambling organisers on the VID website. Our page on mirror links and look-alike domains explains why this matters. Many answers can also be found without a conversation: payment basics are covered under Payments, wagering under Bonuses and identity checks on the registration page.
Found an error on this site?
If one of our pages has a broken link, an outdated reference to a VID page or the register, or a sentence that could mislead, email info@casino-optibet.com. Include the page address, a quote of the problem and, if possible, a source with the correct information. We check it against the primary source and fix it. Please do not send documents, card numbers or passwords to this address: we do not need them and could not use them to help you anyway.
If gambling has stopped being fun
In Latvia there is a help line for people affected by gambling and their families: +371 293 232 02. According to azartaatkariba.lv it works every day from 12:00 to 22:00. Both players and worried relatives can call. We have not confirmed which languages consultations are offered in, so if you prefer English or another language, ask at the start of the call. If you live outside Latvia, Gambling Therapy is an international service that offers support online. To bar yourself from licensed gambling in Latvia, read our step-by-step guide to self-exclusion; limits and breaks inside an account are covered on the responsible gambling page.
Where not to look for help
After a lost deposit or a blocked account, people often get messages from “support” profiles on social media and messaging apps, or offers to “recover your money from the casino” for a fee. These are usually scams aimed at people who have already lost money. A real operator contacts you through the channels listed on its own site, and no third party can “arrange” your account, your payout or your self-exclusion through contacts. If a dispute is stuck, the route is a written complaint to the operator and then the regulator, as explained in our guide to complaints and disputes.
Is anyone available around the clock? An honest answer
We deliberately do not describe anyone's support as “24/7”. An operator's support hours and channels are set by the operator, shown on its own site and liable to change, so check them there rather than trusting third-party pages, ours included. The Latvian help line works every day from 12:00 to 22:00, according to azartaatkariba.lv. Our own mailbox is read as soon as we can manage, but it is not an emergency channel and does not replace any of the services above.
If a situation cannot wait, because someone talks about harming themselves or their health is at risk, call your local emergency number; in Latvia and across the EU that is 112. If money has disappeared after you entered card or bank details on a suspicious site, contact your bank immediately on the number it publishes, so that it can block the card and review the transactions. Then read our page on fake addresses to see what else to do.
